Dr. Mullin is an internist, gastroenterologist and nutritionist. Dr. Mullin is nationally and internationally renowned for his work in gastroenterology and nutrition. Mullin has accumulated over 30 years of clinical experience in the field of integrative gastroenterology and earned his master’s degree in nutrition while in practice. In 2009 he was named by the American Dietetic Association’s as an honorary member. Dr. Mullin has authored/edited several books in nutrition. He has been interviewed on radio and television and has contributed to many stories in print and electronic media.

Lidia Wadolowska serves as Chair of the Department of Human Nutrition at University of Warmia and Mazury, Olsztyn and is a President of the Committee on Human Nutrition Science, Polish Academy of Sciences, vice-president of the Polish Society of Nutritional Sciences, member of the Editorial Council of Polish Journal of Food and Nutrition Sciences, member the Standing Committee on Nutrition and Health of FIL/IDF

Research interests are focused on dietary and lifestyle exposures and their relationship with health outcomes of chronic diseases including obesity, osteoporosis, cancer, cardiovascular disease. This includes diet, physical activity and psychosocial aspects of dietary behaviours in relation to the health of vulnerable groups, adolescents, young women and the elderly. She is expertised in methodological aspects of dietary intake assessment and identifying dietary patterns, using novel methods of nutritional data analysis.

Ilich-Ernst, Jasminka, is Professor of Nutrition, Florida State University and was Research Scientist, Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Ohio State University. Ilich-Ernst, Jasminka has long been involved in the academic arena of nutrition conducting Nutritional-Biochemical Research Specialist, Division of Neonatology,Department of Pediatrics, University of Utah Medical Center, Salt Lake City, Utah.

Research is focused on the nutritional and life-style modifiers of chronic diseases (particularly those involving bone and body composition) and spans from basic science and animal models to clinical trials in human subjects and outreach into disadvantaged community. My research is oriented toward the same goals: furthering our knowledge toward optimizing bone health and body composition (fat and muscle tissue) through nutritional and behavioral modifications, including physical activity, to result in long term lifestyle changes.

DR.D.RAGHUNATHA RAO is Deputy Director (Sr. Gr)/Scientist ‘F’ &Head - Extension & Training division at National Institute of Nutrition, (ICMR). He has 30 years research experience. He was Research Officer & HOD at Centre for Research in Medical Entomology. He has 13 year’s experience in conducting various nutrition education/extension programmes to various groups of communities in association with various Governmental Organizations such as Power Generation, Railways and Indian Airlines etc., and NGOs such as Confederation of Voluntary Associations (COVA) and World vision.

Research Experience in development of nutrition education material for school children, adolescent girls and different vulnerable groups of the community on various aspects of micro nutrient deficiency disorders such as iron, iodine and vitamin A. Evaluation of Intercropping systems on the pest control, natural products such as plant extracts, their principles and synthetic chemicals as insecticides, anti-feedants and juvenomimics against different crop pests under laboratory and field conditions.

MD. AMINUL HAQUE BHUYAN is Vice Chancellor Bhaban at Shahjalal University of Science and Technology, Bangladesh. He was served as an UNV Public Health Nutritionist in an UNDP/WHO Project with the Ministry of Health, the Republic of Maldives for 2 years and 35 years of service in various capacities i.e. Training Coordinator, Nutrition Training Cell. Training Instructor, Lecturer, Assistant Professor, Associate Professor and Professor at Institute of Nutrition and Food Science (INFS), University of Dhaka.

Research Experience in field of Nutrition and Food Science

Prof Suleyman Aydin has received his PhD in Illinois Institute of Technology during the period of 1999. Currently, he is working as Professor in Firat University. He is serving as an editorial member of several reputed journals. He has authored more than 100 research articles/books. He is a member of Organization Committee Members, Council Members, Association Members (The American Chemical Society, The American Turkish Society, Turkish Biochemical Society and The Endocrine Society).

Research interest in the field of laboratory medicine

Kazim Sahin was graduated from School of Veterinary Medicine, Ankara University in 1990. He is a principal member of the Turkish Academy of Sciences and Diplomate of ECPVS. He is working for Firat University. He organized the First International Congress on Nutrition and Cancer in Antalya, Turkey in May 2008 and Fifth International Congress on Nutrition and Cancer in Elazig, Turkey in September 2012.

His research focuses mainly on vitamin and mineral metabolism, cancer prevention, stress and obesity. He was also the first to report that dietary lycopene intake prevents leiomyoma and renal cancer in the Eker rats and Japanese quail in collaboration with medical researchers at Wayne State University, Detroit, USA. He has approximately 176 original papers in peer-reviewed international journals (Web of Science) and review articles.
